If you haven’t guessed, Cora was my inspiration for this section of my blog. As one of my best friends, I hate that she can’t be one of my taste testers for everything I bake. Her boyfriend, Steve, does a good job for both of them, but it’s still not the same!
Today is Cora’s birthday and as you saw from her birthday celebration post we had an amazing time! I made her a gluten-free chocolate cake with butter-cream frosting and orchid flowers cascading down the side. It came out beautiful and tasted delicious!
